Our aim is to help anyone  in the Mid Coast LGA who is in crisis, whether it be personal or as a result of a climate event.

Mid Coast Outreach Incorporated provides community support and relief for the Mid Coast LGA region, through food relief, household items, clothing, free counselling sessions, referral services and a guidance service to recovery.

​Mid Coast Outreach helps anyone who is going through a climatic or personal crisis.

  • ​Buddy system,

  • Disaster Impacted furniture and clothing assistance,

  • Referrals,

  • Fresh Food Friday,

  • Connecting patrons with government and non-government organisations,

  • The Garden Exchange,

  • Outposts; latest being Bulahdelah,

  • Bush Library,

  • Time out and

  • Laundry facilities.​

Outreach Services

Mid Coast Outreach is now operating Outreach services to isolated pockets of communities in the Mid Coast LGA with no welfare facilities and/or impacted by disasters with little recovery input.

 

These are entirely run by local community volunteers and overseen by Mid Coast Outreach Incorporated Head Office.

Mid Coast Outreach has recently established an outpost in Bulahdelah and Lansdowne (every Tuesday at Lansdowne Community Hall, excepting any 5th Tuesday), with further outposts planned in the future.
